I had been buying these for ages for my old dog and they really didn't seem to be working I even thought they weren't worth the money but then thought what if they are helping a little and I don't realise and then stop them, so I carried on. After reading reviews and they only took about 3 weeks and you'd notice the change, and nothing had happened, I was feeling let down. Anyway after 2 1/2 months I have a different dog, so it did take a long time. She is much more energetic and it was clearly visible that they are working now. I cannot recommend them enough. She is funny about eating tablets too, but these stink of fish type smell and she eats them straight down. They are the best thing I have ever bought!!
A brilliant joint remedy
by Aria Macdonald
hese tablets are great, I was so concerned about my 3 year old Cavachon's partial rupture of her cruciate ligament, she takes these tablets like treats & they have helped no end she is running & skipping around like old times.
A new lease of life

My 11 year old lab is suffering from arthritis, limping and stiff joints. I'm sure she shows significant improvement when she's taken these tablets, at first she was like a pup again so she must have felt some relief. The price isn't bad and I would be using expensive pain killers if I wasn't using these, she reacted badly to Rimadyl so these are a nice alternative.
A Real Lifesaver!

I cannot recommend these Yumove tablets enough, and don't think our labrador who has bad hip dysplasia and arthritis in his elbows would still be here at 12 years old if we hadn't been using them for the past 2-3 years. Even our vet warned us when he was very young we wouldn't get a full lifespan out of him. When the vet's prescribed tablets were no longer working we changed to these and our beloved labrador got a new lease of life! This continued until recently and we then discovered Yumove have brought out a Yumove Advance forumula which can be prescribed by the vet (although you can get this with some sellers without a prescription). Again, he's been given another boost, and whilst I know he can't go on forever, I really believe they have saved our pet. Incidentally, we had to wait 5 days once when there was a mix up with an order of the new Advance tablets and our lab could hardly walk. As soon as they arrived he was back up again on his feet, so it's not our imagination!
A really good product

I buy this for my mother's very elderly (15 1/2 years) Springer Spaniel. I couldn't believe that she was continually buying Metacam from the vets as well as stealing my emergency supply for this poor old girl's arthiritis. Long term usage of Metacam can have serious side affects. Since (almost a year now), this dear old girl has been taking these she has no requirement for other medication. I know of others in the dog world use this and would rate this highly too. A very good product.
A supplement which really WORKS !
by Sophia Pearce
Extremely effective medication for two elderly dogs. One, 13 and a half, is now literally trotting around the garden after not having moved faster than a walk for the past two years. It is quite astonishing to see. He seems much happier in himself, perhaps because he's not experiencing joint pain ? I will certainly be ordering more of this supplement. Highly recommend it. Might even try some myself ;-)
a wow product

Coincidence? Maybe? I have a Bernese Mountain Dog 15 months old. Diagnosed with elbow dysplasia on both front legs and hip dysplasia on one of his hips :( My vet suggested trying an extra supplement for a couple of months, a change in his food and exercise habits with the view to doing an operation if not sucessful. I didn't hold out much hope for these tablets and feared my baby would be going under the knife very soon. Much to mine, and my vets surprise, after 3 months of taking these tablets he is walking and running so much better. This is not a condition which will go away, and he will probably need the operation in the future BUT he has improved at least 50% according to the vet. His elbows are still swollen and he does not walk as well as he should but he's improved and that is what matters most. He is not taking any other medication for his conditions. As I said, coincidence, I don't know, but I will be purchasing these again and again
We are still going from strength to strength. My baby has not limped since Dec. I'd advise anyone to give these pills at least a 3 month trial. Your pet deserves it. I give the normal stated dose and have done since day one as I thought the double dose of 8 tablets per day (for my size dog) a little too expensive, but even with just taking the regular dosage (4 tablets) from the start he's doing well. If I had known they would work this well I'd have started with the double dose just to see quicker results. I even had to purchase a new control collar for him as his pulling on the lead and bouncing about increased tenfold :)

My Border Collie was diagnosed with bad hips 3yrs ago vet did not put him on medication but told me not to jump him anymore as he is an Agility dog but as he has really good muscle in legs and Agility people told me to keep jumping him as he had not gone lame but felt i wanted to give him something so started Yumove he is now 10yrs old and still competing although i feel this will be his last year not because he can not do Agility but feel he is 10yrs old now so will just retire him so maybe it is down to yumove that has kept him supple ...

Finally a product that works. Tried this after reading the favourable reviews, for my 11yr old Labrador who had a cruciate repair 2 years ago & despite an excellent recovery, with age has lost the ability to jump around like she used to and frequently struggled to walk without extreme stiffness & discomfort after exercising, anything more than a short sedate walk. Didn't hold out much hope as every joint product previously tried had either no effect or made matters worse. Surprised when after 10 days she showed a marked improvement & has continued to do so for the last month. I gave her the double dose as suggested for older stiffer dogs, 6 tablets a day in her food or as treats & she can now jump on & from small heights and enjoys longer livelier walkies with her former zest, without any problems afterwards. Not a day of stiffness since, so have ordered more on bottomless bowl subsciption to ensure I don't run out!

Our German Shepherd has been on this for a few years and it really helps his mobility problems with arthritis. We ran out for a few weeks and we noticed a big change - he could hardly walk. We won't make that mistake again!
Amazing - fast results!
by Alexander Watson
I bought these after reading reviews in a dog magazine. My greyhound Todd is 11 and a half years old now, and he is getting stiff, especially in this colder weather. So I bought these, and wow, what a difference in him, it was almost instant! We noticed results the next day, he was already walking better and even running in short bursts!
My only criticism is that is is expensive, especially at the moment, as he needs 6 tablets a day for 4-6 weeks then we can lower the dose to three. Even then, a 60 tablet box will only last 20 days. However it is definitely worth it, we feel.

My 5 year old chocolate lab started to limp badly two separate vet visits ..... and their bills I got no where. Speaking to a friend who's lab is really bad and had a " cure " I thought I'd give it a go. Always a bit sceptical about this type of thing my wife's always trying to find miracle diet rubbish pills but this has given my faithful lab a new lease of life and is back to being bonkers HAPPY DAYS no limping I just want my dog to be comfortable happy and enjoy herself and we have it

This stuff is amazing for my dogs. Both my dogs the breed being collie/labrador (2 years old this March) have severe hip displasia and have to have glucosamine pills, cod liver oil tablets and what used to be vetszyme for joints daily. They still have glucosamine pills and cod liver oil tablets but I switched the vetzyme to YUMOVE to give them a try and within 2 weeks I noticed the difference even though to look at my dogs you wouldn't see them struggle with their joints as they are young and are active but have had hip displasia since birth so basically it is to maintain their joints and not cure it but the difference I noticed, I now use on both my dogs and they have 2 a day each (depends on weight of your dog) and would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a dog with hip displasia or any such joint problems (whether age etc). They are fantastic and thing they are fit for humans - I may start taking them myself as I'm getting close to 40 !!! ha ha. But on a serious note AMAZING!!!! would recommend anyone give a go.

Bought these for our old man, our 11 year old Labrador who suffers with bad knee joints and who has already had a past operation on one of them and was expecting to need another. Read the first review and bought these! He could only do short walks before needing to turn back but 3 weeks into 3 of these a day and he is honestly like a new dog! He runs (yes runs) if only in short spurts but can walk and enjoy his usual routes around oakwell hall and enjoy the streams again for a paddle! Cannot believe how miraculous these vitamins have been! We are shocked tbh! Will continue with these for rest of his life. Dosage says 3 for his size but some days we do 2 as he suffered constipation at 3 but 2 doing him fine! Expensive? What price would YOU pay to see YOUR old dog act like a puppy again? Give them a go!
Amazing result. Cannot recommend highly enough for young, small dog with hip dysplasia
by Asher Thomson
My miniature poodle was diagnosed as having hip dysplasia when he was about 1. He wasn't putting the full weight of his back leg down and he was put onto a course of the usual anti-inflammatories that in the long-term can do your dog potential harm. And they didn't work. We took him to surgeons, he had physio. The dog was no better, they had a £2000 payday and our premium increased. I saw the rave reviews for Yumove and, at our wits end, bought some. We started in November 2013, double dosing for two weeks and then down to one a day, alongside his anti-inflammatory. We stayed with it, no results for over two months. But then....his leg went down and stayed down. Since January 2014 he has been just like a normal dog. No obvious signs of pain or discomfort, nothing to suggest he has a problem. We took him off the anti-inflammatory in March and he's exactly the same. AMAZING RESULT! My recommendation is definitely to try it, but please STICK WITH IT....it might not give an immediate result, but is worth waiting for.

I bought a big pot of these at Crufts 2012 not expecting much but these are amazing & petshop.co.uk was the best price when I needed to buy more! Whilst I believe a healthy diet is just as important (I feed Arden Grange Large Breed for its joint support too) I find that supplementing with these tablets gives my 11 year old Newfie x a new lease of life!!

A year ago we noticed our JRT cross, Jasper, was noticeably slow wandering round the house, unable to jump up and had trouble getting up the stairs. The vet didn't find anything wrong with him, so just put it down to old age/stiff joints. He had some medicine to take but in the meantime I went looking for a supplement that might help. Having had good results with Yumega oil, Yumove was an obvious choice.
The medicine did its work but since then he's had a Yumove tablet every day and hasn't had a single problem since. We recently went away on holiday for 11 days and got a reminder of how well Yumove works, because he hadn't had any tablets while we were away. When we returned, he was back to hobbling up the stairs and not jumping anywhere. He's been on Yumove again for a week and already is back to normal, the difference is like night and day!! He runs and jumps like a puppy again, no problems at all.

These were recommended to me as the tablets from the vets for my dogs arthritis were so expensive and did not seem to make a great difference to the pain she was in.
I am so glad I listened, my dog, Maisie, has been so much better, she still struggles a bit to get up and down but she is not yelping in pain and she is so much more agile when we are in the field, she can run around and play ball again.
She has been on them for about 6 months, I noticed the difference in her after a couple of weeks.
The other thing is that there seems to be no side effects with these as with the ones from the vet, she used to get a very sore and smelly mouth and gums, which was also costing me a fortune in gel for the problem and the worse thing was to see her so distressed with the infection, this cleared up two weeks after we changed tablets.
I don't know if these will work forever on her but I will give her these for as long as I can.
Really helped my dog!
Because we love her we buy the best for her needs.
by Muhammad Griffiths
Our beautiful Labrador started slowing down about 3 years ago so we started her on Glucosamine & Marine Condroitin tablets (1 daily) which seemed to help but this past year we noticed that she'd stopped chasing the ball and leaping up to catch it.
The vet recently recommended Yumove and Lintbells kindly sent us 2 free trial packs which she loved due to them tasting of liver and she appeared much brighter in herself. Poor little luv's just recovering from surgery to remove 2 lumps which, thankfully, proved benign and nothing to worry about but she's still getting her twice daily dose of Yumove and I've just ordered a 300 tub to have in stock at a good price on here.
I found the reviews on here interesting and helpful. Thanks

Have had my 10 yr old Border Collie on these for several months now as he has arthritis in one back leg. Eats them as a "treat" no problem! Not a miracle cure, but definitely a big help. He has gone from limping quite badly & being rather quiet to only having a slight limp & regaining much of his "bounce"!!! It's a joy to see him wanting to play with his toys again & being excited to go for walks!! Would definitely recommend especially if you don't want to pump your faithful friend full of chemicals which invariably have their side effects. I also suffer from arthritis, wish I could take them too!!
by Ella Mcdonald
I was recommended to try these tablets for my dog when she was having problems with her back left leg. A couple of weeks later she is running well again and the stiffness has gone. I will buy these again when needed as they are well worth the price paid.
Bouncy old dog!
by Gabriel Morgan
Our elderly dog definitely has more of a spring in her step when she is taking these. She seems to like the flavour and happily eats them, without us having to conceal them in other food. Our vet, who specialises in nutritional medicine as well as more standard veterinary medicine, recommended this brand specifically.
by Andrew Hall
We have a 14 yrs old Border who was getting a little stiff in the hip department so thought we would try these tablets. A friend was singing their praise so what was there to lose? The difference has been amazing, we also give them to our other dog who is 6yrs old to keep her joints supple. They think they are treats and really enjoy them. Great value for money, arrived as stated - great buy.

I have a 11 month old lab who due to fast growth developed OCD Hock in his left back ankle. Using these supplements has not only helped his joint amazingly but he now has an even shinier and softer coat. Brilliant stuff would recommend them to any one with a large breed dog with joint problems
