Absolutely excellent company. EVRI had caused us massive problems (no surprise there). It was a complete nightmare. However, I spoke to a Vet Shop advisor called Lucy. Our package was taking a wee while to come but I called up and the lovely customer service lady got it sent out right away, waved the delivery fee and they included a small blanket for free! Best customer service I’ve received in some time and my cat got his biscuits the very next day. Thank you!
Really good selection, great prices and the staff there are helpful when I go to collect my order.The subscription allows a little discount and they tell me when it's due each month so I can increase or decrease the order as I need.I've been with them about 2 years now & the only reason I would leave was if they stopped selling my brand of dog food.
